申请人应持有认可的大学学士学位*若申请者并未持有香港本地大学颁授的学位或于非英语教学的大学取得学位,须考获**:

- 使用先进统计技术（R和Python等软件）查找和分析复杂的健康数据；
- 应用适当的工具宣传数据驱动的信息，以支持有关健康保健和卫生部门的业务管理决策；
- 运用科技和大数据驱动的方法，管理健康服务中的各方面资源和运营问题；
- 培养设计和实施健康分析、运营管理实践研究的理论和实践技能；
- 拥有分析健康管理问题的批判性和国际视角，提供有效的运营解决方案。

Action Learning Projects 实践研习项目The Action Learning Projects provide students opportunities to visit and analyse companies across industriesto gain the contemporary and best practice knowledge in human resource management.该课程通过诸如公司参观，训练研习活动，研讨会以及组织活动等形式帮助学生获得并应用最前沿最贴合实践的专业知识，培养批判性思维以及提升领导力。Professional Networking Activities专业网络构建活动Our executive mentoring and internship programmes assistour students to develop a stronger professional network andcareer plan.本课程的导师项目和实习项目均可有效协助学生建立强大且专业的人际关系网络以及做好职业生涯规划。- To explain the changing nature of the human resourcemanagement function and its implications for humanresource policies, planning and practice;

- MScHRMOB students are exempted from writing the Chartered Professional in HumanResources(CPHR TM)National Knowledge ExaminationR(NKE) in Canada.
- MScHRMOB graduates (who have been enrolled as student members during their study)would become CPHRTM Candidates and are eligible to apply as full members of CPHRBC & Yukon after accumulating three years of relevant professional HR experience
Admission Requirements入学条件General qualifications申请资格- Hold a bachelor's degree awarded by a recognized tertiary institution or have equivalent qualifications,which may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

香港本地学生可申请“扩展的免入息审查贷款计划(ENLS)”或持续进修基金(CEF)，具体详情，可浏览在职家庭及学生资助事务处网页。MSc in Human Resource ManageO无识别结果rganisational Behaviour（1）Mode of Study修读方法:Full-time全日制（3）Modules Required课程要求:10 modules 10门（4）Credits Required学分要求:30 credits 30学分（5）Medium of Instruction授课语言:English英文创新和创业是经济增长的主要动力，经济社会的可持续发展依赖于创新想法和企业家精神。近年来，政府非常重视对企业家和初创企业的支持，提出了大众创业,万众创新的理念。特别是随着大湾区和*的快速发展，更需创新与创业来助力建设创新发展，提高区域整体的国际竞争力。为了满足创业和创新管理知识的需求，MScBIE商业创新与创业理学硕士应运而生。该课程由岭南大学商学院开办，是一年全日制硕士课程。课程旨在为学生提供创新和创业管理方面的全面知识，并为学生提供机会在Capstone项目中整合和应用所学知识。作为亚洲首屈一指的博雅大学，提供优质教育是岭大的主要任务和核心价值之一。在泰晤士高等教育大学影响力排名2020中，岭大在『优质教育』一项排名全球第二。同时，商学院已于2011年取得国际商管学院促进协会（AACSB）认证。香港第一个以全中文教授并同时针对商业创新和创业的硕士课程。采用普通话授课可以让学生更好地了解中国市场，了解在大中华地区有关商业创新和创业的政策、法规和发展方向，并在有需要的情况下提供一些翻译材料以拓展相关领域的国际视野。用普通话教学也促使学生在学习中更好的建立自己的关系网。此外，使用普通话也方便邀请内地的专家、企业家和政府官员来举办研讨会，分享他们的经验，以及安排学生到内地参观、考察和交流。涵盖创业所需的不同范畴的知识。帮助学生了解有助于创业创新及可持续性发展所应学习的概念和理论、掌握创新创业所需要的社会、法律和财务等各方面的知识和技能，同时也激发学生批判性地思考分析与创业创新相关的问题。创新和创业是协同并进的，我们注重把这两个概念结合起来，是本港首个同时涵盖创新和创业管理两方面内容的课程，填补了这一领域的空白。本课程是综合性和全方位的，是学生同时学习创新和创业知识独一无二的课程选择。课程由商学院开办，涵盖多个学科的内容，让学生掌握多种商业知识并且有机会参与各类讲座及研讨会，了解行业最新发展。
本课程设有贯穿整个学年的Capstone项目，为学生提供理论联系实际运用所学知识和技能的机会，帮助学生透过此项目实践如何为新企业制定发展计划，使学生掌握项目管理和谈判的技巧，了解如何拓展和维护客户关系的技能，这些都是企业家所需要的核心能力。在项目督导的指导下，学生会学到企业家各种实用的管理技能。项目会与公司合作，使学生能够在商业环境中培养创新思维，进行批判性思考。学生们将他们所学到的知识应用到实际的商业环境中，这有助于他们将创业理念转化成一个成功的初创企业。在项目督导的指导下，学生将以5-7人为一个团队，对客户公司进行管理研究和分析，以满足客户的发展需求，并提供相关的信息分析，帮助客户决策。除了正常授课外，我们也给同学提供海外游学的机会。同学可以自愿参加欧盟游学之旅，包括到世界年轻大学排名第12位的卢森堡大学进行学习交流，参观当地著名企业，与企业家和教授进行面对面交流。在此过程中，同学可以挖掘更多创新元素，了解更多创新创业模式，拓宽自己的国际视野。申请者需持有认可大学的学士学位；或拥有其他同等学历（视乎申请者情况作个别考虑）- 除非持有香港或其他英语国家大学颁发的学位，其他申请人须符合以下要求:
- 托福考试(TOEFL)最低成绩达453分(纸考)或46分(网考)；或
- 申请者所毕业之大学如以英语为授课语言，则无需证明英文能力。
- 学生入读后，需要完成大学提供的英语课程及活动以满足毕业要求及提升英语能力和国际化视野。
