- MScHRMOB students are exempted from writing the Chartered Professional in HumanResources(CPHR TM)National Knowledge ExaminationR(NKE) in Canada.
- MScHRMOB graduates (who have been enrolled as student members during their study)would become CPHRTM Candidates and are eligible to apply as full members of CPHRBC & Yukon after accumulating three years of relevant professional HR experience
Admission Requirements入学条件General qualifications申请资格- Hold a bachelor's degree awarded by a recognized tertiary institution or have equivalent qualifications,which may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

本课程设有贯穿整个学年的Capstone项目,为学生提供理论联系实际运用所学知识和技能的机会,帮助学生透过此项目实践如何为新企业制定发展计划,使学生掌握项目管理和谈判的技巧,了解如何拓展和维护客户关系的技能,这些都是企业家所需要的核心能力。在项目督导的指导下,学生会学到企业家各种实用的管理技能。项目会与公司合作,使学生能够在商业环境中培养创新思维,进行批判性思考。学生们将他们所学到的知识应用到实际的商业环境中,这有助于他们将创业理念转化成一个成功的初创企业。在项目督导的指导下,学生将以5-7人为一个团队,对客户公司进行管理研究和分析,以满足客户的发展需求,并提供相关的信息分析,帮助客户决策。除了正常授课外,我们也给同学提供海外游学的机会。同学可以自愿参加欧盟游学之旅,包括到世界年轻大学排名第12位的卢森堡大学进行学习交流,参观当地著名企业,与企业家和教授进行面对面交流。在此过程中,同学可以挖掘更多创新元素,了解更多创新创业模式,拓宽自己的国际视野。申请者需持有认可大学的学士学位;或拥有其他同等学历(视乎申请者情况作个别考虑)- 除非持有香港或其他英语国家大学颁发的学位,其他申请人须符合以下要求:
- 托福考试(TOEFL)最低成绩达453分(纸考)或46分(网考);或
- 申请者所毕业之大学如以英语为授课语言,则无需证明英文能力。
- 学生入读后,需要完成大学提供的英语课程及活动以满足毕业要求及提升英语能力和国际化视野。
奖学金:将授予成绩优异的申请者,入读本课程的学生均具备资格成为候选人。
